Historic District Renovation

This home remodel of a property located in a historic district of Austin, was completed while maintaining the historic integrity of it’s neighbourhood. The project comprised of a total remodel of the Windsor home and casita using reclaimed wood from an 1800s New England barn in the dining room, wood and stone floors imported from France and custom zinc hood and countertops in the kitchen. Also included were custom metal doors and windows throughout, concrete countertops and handmade quarter sawn white oak cabinets in master bath.
