Historic Home Remodel

This kitchen is in a charming bungalow in one of Denver's historic west end neighborhoods. This home was built in 1923 and in order to be respectful of the age and architecture of the home it was designed to be traditional yet modern. The homeowners have a wonderful eclectic New England style. The cabinets are a custom Sherman Williams paint color. The door style is a shaker style called Park Avenue. The quartz counter tops are in a pure white color. We used classic white subway tiles plus a traditional farm sink as another highlight of the classic feel. Clerestory cabinets and open shelves were designed to allow the homeowner space to display their treasures. Photographer: Elizabeth Bettis
