Village Home Stores
Bettendorf Iowa kitchen with design and materials by Village Home Stores for Kerkhoff Homes. Koch Classic cabinetry in the Savannah door and combination of light gray "Fog" and "Black" painted finish. Calacatta Laza quartz counters, Kitchen Aid appliances, Rain Forest vinyl plank flooring, and metallic backsplash tile also featured.

The bar was constructed with a live-edge hackberry countertop, which was also used for the shelving behind it. On the sink side a quartz countertop was used, with a metal backsplash. All the appliances necessary for entertaining were included.

Our clients had a wish list for their new wet bar and wine cellar that included a larger-than-bar sink, and an under-counter wine chiller, and beverage fridge. They also requested a spot for their framed, 3-dimensional Iowa Hawkeyes logo, and storage for various wine and cocktail glasses and dishes for entertaining.

This basement renovation involved installing Medallion Lancaster Frappe cabinetry in the bar area. On the countertop is Dolomite-Pietra Caravino granite with a leather finish. Also installed: A Miseno Apronfront stainless steel sink and a Moen chrome Arbor bar faucet, 3 Hinkley Linear pendant lights and a new pool table light. New basement stairs were installed using Kraus Landmark 5” plank floor whistle stop color and a new custom barn door. On the floor is Enstyle Culbres wide – Inglewood Luxury Vinyl Tile.

The Lower Level Bar (viewed from the stair landing) provides ample storage and features glass upper cabinets, tv space on the back wall, and under counter refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. Shelves on the end cabinet provides a place to display. Raised snack bar provides plenty of seating adjacent to the game room.
