Family Room, Home Bar - Beautiful Studs-Out-Remodel in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We gutted this house "to the studs," taking it down to its original floor plan. Drywall, insulation, flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors and windows, trim and base, plumbing, the roof, landscape, and ceiling fixtures were stripped away, leaving nothing but beams and unfinished flooring. Essentially, we demolished the home's interior to rebuild it from scratch.

This beautiful bar was created by opening the closet space underneath the curved staircase. To emphasize that this bar is part of the staircase, we added wallpaper lining to the bottom of each step. The curved and round cabinets follow the lines of the room. The metal wallpaper, metallic tile, and dark wood create a dramatic masculine look that is enhanced by a custom light fixture and lighted niche that add both charm and drama.

A view of our client's newest countertops in their Agave Cantina and Grill. We custom cut and fit the grey quartz countertops to the pre-existing bar as well as created spaces within the countertop that would accommodate their gambling tablets. Quartz's minimalist design adds to the modern sleekness of this space, but the grey color adds to the southwestern aesthetic that our client had established.

In the basement bar, practical LVT flooring works with the industrial feel of the room. The bar itself was designed using a mix of Dekton, with alcoves for drinks and records to be displayed and a gold worktop for the bar itself and the cupboards.
