DAVID RAMSAY, CabinetmakersTraditional American Cherry residential bar in Haddonfield, NJ. This bar features two entries from either side with doors and flip up bar top sections. Intrim Group Pty LtdThe team at One Property Design designed and created this immaculate modern Hamptons inspired home. The use of cool greys and modern features ensures this home is nothing short of spectacular. Every detail has been attended to and the view of the Brisbane skyline is featured throughout.
Intrim SK72 Skirting 185x18mm, Intrim SK72 Architraves 66x18mm, Intrim CR25 Chair rail and Intrim IN13 Inlay mould were used throughout.
TOMHILL STUDIOA small bar area sits in a corner of the Conservatory. The entire wall system and cabinet were designed using the 200 yr old beams from the basement excavation and is a nice contrast to the sleek finishes throughout the home. A turquoise retro mini fridge keeps snacks and drinks at the right temp and saves one from traveling the 4 flights of stairs down to the Kitchen.
Haus of LeónHere is a view of the custom drink nook we made to house the drink fridge and give the clients a space for the most important office tool, the nespresso machine.
Cummings Architecture + InteriorsCombination wet bar and coffee bar. Bottom drawer is sized for liquor bottles.

This bar features a wine refrigerator at each end and doors applied to match the cabinet doors.
Materials used for this project are a 36”x 12’ Parota live edge slab for the countertop, paint grade plywood for the cabinets, and 1/2” x 2” x 12” wood planks that were painted & textured for the wall background. The shelves and decor provided by the designer.
Sceltas Custom HomesNear the banks of the Stono River sits this custom elevated home on Johns Island. In partnership with Vinyet Architecture and Polish Pop Design, the homeowners chose a coastal look with heavy emphasis on elements like ship lap, white interiors and exteriors and custom elements throughout. The large island and hood directly behind it serve as the focal point of the kitchen. The ship lap for both were custom built. Within this open floor plan, serving the kitchen, dining room and living room sits an enclosed wet bar with live edge solid wood countertop. Custom shelving was installed next to the TV area with a geometric design, mirroring the Master Bedroom ceiling. Enter the adjacent screen porch through a collapsing sliding door, which gives it a true eight-foot wide opening to the outdoors. Reclaimed wooden beams add character to the living room and outdoor fireplace mantels.
