The Vineyard Farmhouse in the Peninsula at Rough Hollow. This 2017 Greater Austin Parade Home was designed and built by Jenkins Custom Homes. Cedar Siding and the Pine for the soffits and ceilings was provided by TimberTown.

Conversational seating

This traditional home contained an outdated kitchen, eating area, powder room, pantry and laundry area. The spaces were reconfigured so that the kitchen occupied all of the space. What was once an opening into an under utilized hallway, became a pantry closet. A full bathroom was tucked behind the pantry into space from the breezeway.

The two-toned exterior color palette invites you inside to see the warm, vibrant colors that complement the rustic farmhouse design. The kitchen and breakfast area are kept simple and modern, featuring glossy flat panel cabinets, modern appliances and finishes, as well as warm woods. The dining area was also given a modern feel, but we incorporated strong bursts of red-orange accents. The organic wooden table, modern dining chairs, and artisan lighting all come together to create an interesting and picturesque interior. Project Location: The Hamptons.
