YCP Builds
We opened this room into a larger home office. We removed the previous separating walls and staged the room to show as a home office space, perfect for two desks, a sitting area and storage compartments.
We repaired the previously damaged walls and installed new drywall, then painted the rooms and trim work surrounding the doors and windows.

LifeHouse Construction
These homeowners purchased this house for their retirement years. To make their retirement even more sweet, we took this confined and dated home and opened it up by raising and widening doorways, replacing carpet with hardwoods, and bringing more light through the whole space. To add detail and visual interest, 2-piece casing and paneling were added in the main hallway. The custom master bathroom includes inset cabinetry and a curved tub panel. All of these changes refreshed the property, creating a clean, contemporary, and welcoming space to fully enjoy retirement.

This is a take on a modern traditional office that has the bold green historical colors for a gentlemen's office, but with a modern and vibrant spin on things. These custom built-ins and matte brass finishes on the cabinet details add to the luxe and old world feel.
Jennifer A. Emmer/Feng Shui Style
We Feng Shui'ed and designed this transitional space for our homeowner. We stayed true to the period of this 1930s Colonial with appropriate period wallpapers and such, but brought it up to date with exciting colors, and a good dose of current furnishings. I decided to go a bit more modern in this home office. Our client's favorite color is coral, which we featured prominently here.
