Transformer la maison où l'on a grandi ⁠ Voilà un projet de rénovation un peu particulier. Il nous a été confié par Cyril qui a grandi avec sa famille dans ce joli 50 m². ⁠⁠ Aujourd'hui, ce bien lui appartient et il souhaitait se le réapproprier en rénovant chaque pièce. Coup de cœur pour la cuisine ouverte et sa petite verrière et la salle de bain black & white

This small bathroom off the master bedroom was updated from a tiny camp toilet room to incorporate a walk in shower. The apartment was renovated for rental space or to be used by family when visiting.

Mes clients souhaitaient installer une baignoire dans cette salle d'eau qui ne disposait que d'un lavabo et un grand placard de rangement. Naturellement, la baignoire a pris la place du placard et le lavabo s'est transformé en vasque et meuble sous vasque pour le rangement. La déco joue la carte de l'industriel avec des grande tommettes en béton brut grises, qui marient les textures, un pare-douche style verrière, des miroirs hexagonaux.

This project earned its name 'The Herringbone House' because of the reclaimed wood accents styled in the Herringbone pattern. This project was focused heavily on pattern and texture. The wife described her style as "beachy buddha" and the husband loved industrial pieces. We married the two styles together and used wood accents and texture to tie them seamlessly. You'll notice the living room features an amazing view of the water and this design concept plays perfectly into that zen vibe. We removed the tile and replaced it with beautiful hardwood floors to balance the rooms and avoid distraction. The owners of this home love Cuban art and funky pieces, so we constructed these built-ins to showcase their amazing collection.
