В результате часть боковой стены, практически до двери, заняли высокие шкафы в корпусах из ЛДСП цвета «венге». За фактурными фасадами из экомассива с красивым глубоким рельефом расположены антресольные шкафчики и выдвижные ящики. Кроме того, в «мертвых углах» установлены выкатные сетки LeMans, а рядом с духовым шкафом расположена диспенса – цельная выкатная сетка. Здесь же и встраиваемая техника: поднятая на комфортную высоту духовка и вместительный холодильник. Вдоль стены с окном разместилась рабочая зона. Ее длина 3,5 метра. В отличие от шкафа-колонны, в основной рабочей зоне гладкие фасады из МДФ с интегрированными ручками. Пространство за ними тоже не пустует: здесь и выдвижные ящики, и отделение для двойного мусорного ведра с сеткой для хранения чистящих средств, и глубокие полки для кухонной утвари. Выдвижные ящики – с удобными лотками для хранения столовых приборов и необходимых хозяйственных мелочей. Выдвигаются и задвигаются ящики мягко и плавно благодаря доводчикам.Столешница с интегрированной мойкой сделаны из акрилового камня. Чтобы подчеркнуть единство образа, стену за рабочей зоной и окно оформили тонкими плитами из того же материала.

This project was a long labor of love. The clients adored this eclectic farm home from the moment they first opened the front door. They knew immediately as well that they would be making many careful changes to honor the integrity of its old architecture. The original part of the home is a log cabin built in the 1700’s. Several additions had been added over time. The dark, inefficient kitchen that was in place would not serve their lifestyle of entertaining and love of cooking well at all. Their wish list included large pro style appliances, lots of visible storage for collections of plates, silverware, and cookware, and a magazine-worthy end result in terms of aesthetics. After over two years into the design process with a wonderful plan in hand, construction began. Contractors experienced in historic preservation were an important part of the project. Local artisans were chosen for their expertise in metal work for one-of-a-kind pieces designed for this kitchen – pot rack, base for the antique butcher block, freestanding shelves, and wall shelves. Floor tile was hand chipped for an aged effect. Old barn wood planks and beams were used to create the ceiling. Local furniture makers were selected for their abilities to hand plane and hand finish custom antique reproduction pieces that became the island and armoire pantry. An additional cabinetry company manufactured the transitional style perimeter cabinetry. Three different edge details grace the thick marble tops which had to be scribed carefully to the stone wall. Cable lighting and lamps made from old concrete pillars were incorporated. The restored stone wall serves as a magnificent backdrop for the eye- catching hood and 60” range. Extra dishwasher and refrigerator drawers, an extra-large fireclay apron sink along with many accessories enhance the functionality of this two cook kitchen. The fabulous style and fun-loving personalities of the clients shine through in this wonderful kitchen. If you don’t believe us, “swing” through sometime and see for yourself! Tucked away in a lovely little side street in Greenwich, this London townhouse is beautiful and elegant, and so unassuming from the exterior! When the homeowners purchased the property in 2016, it was divided into three separate flats and in desperate need of some TLC! Two years on, stepping through the immaculately painted charcoal front door was an absolute pleasure, and it is certainly one of those houses that make you say 'WOW!'. Burlanes were commissioned to design, handmake and install an industrial style kitchen, with all the benefits of contemporary living.

Eclectic Bottle Green Kitchen Remodel In Lake View Lofts (Chicago, IL)

For the kitchen, we decided to go with a double-tier upper cabinet to utilize the height of the loft with its very high ceiling. We also decided to go with the Bottle Green cabinet color by Ultracraft that gives an eclectic feel tying in well with the exposed brick and natural wood features. We paired the green with the Rag Bone cabinet color that balanced it out and blended in with the rest of the space, allowing the green and brass hardware to pop. We also extended the lower cabinets and added a wine fridge to better serve the bar area, perfect for entertaining. Finally, the Ventao Gold Quartz countertop with warm veining tied in perfectly with the brass hardware and Black and Brass faucet.
