The Korina is John Cannon’s new model home that is inspired by a transitional West Indies style with a contemporary influence. From the cathedral ceilings with custom stained scissor beams in the great room with neighboring pristine white on white main kitchen and chef-grade prep kitchen beyond, to the luxurious spa-like dual master bathrooms, the aesthetics of this home are the epitome of timeless elegance. Every detail is geared toward creating an upscale retreat from the hectic pace of day-to-day life. A neutral backdrop and an abundance of natural light, paired with vibrant accents of yellow, blues, greens and mixed metals shine throughout the home.
BlueStone Construction, LLCThe major objective of this home was to craft something entirely unique; based on our client’s international travels, and tailored to their ideal lifestyle. Every detail, selection and method was individual to this project. The design included personal touches like a dog shower for their Great Dane, a bar downstairs to entertain, and a TV tucked away in the den instead of on display in the living room.
Great design doesn’t just happen. It’s a product of work, thought and exploration. For our clients, they looked to hotels they love in New York and Croatia, Danish design, and buildings that are architecturally artistic and ideal for displaying art. Our part was to take these ideas and actually build them. Every door knob, hinge, material, color, etc. was meticulously researched and crafted. Most of the selections are custom built either by us, or by hired craftsman.
Hydroscapes LLCReverse vanishing edge pool with exposed aggregate concrete decking, copper spillways that appear to be coming out of the mountain. A stacked flagstone was used on the vanishing edge wall and concrete decking cantilevers over the vanishing edge trough. There is an attached spa and the interior is Pebble Tec Majestic Plum.

Platinum PoolcareThis amazing home features a backyard patio and pool area with a spectacular custom pool with many features including island which feature sitting areas and fire pit a spa as well as incredible slide which goes into the swimming pool. The pool measures roughly 2300 square feet, and has a deep end of 10'0". The spa is raised and has 12 therapy heads. There is LED colored lighting throughout the project. There is a 300 square foot zero depth beach entry into the pool with agitator jets to keep the water moving. There is also a sunshelf within the pool. The lazy river wraps around the sunken island, and the current in the lazy river is propelled by a commercial waterpark quality pumping system. The sunken island has lighting, a fire pit, and a bridge connecting it to the decking area. There is an infinity edge on one edge of the pool. The pool also has an in-floor cleaning system to keep it clean and sanitary. The swimming pool also has the ability to change colors at night utilizing the amazing LED lighting system. The pool and spa exposed aggregate finish is French Gray color. The slide that cascades down the grotto is custom built. The waterfall grotto also provide a thrilling jump off point into the deepest part of the pool. This amazing backyard was designed and built for a home in Bull Valley Illinois.

M. M. Moore Construction Company, Inc.This infinity edge all-tile pool and spa is surrounded by a cut leuders limestone deck. Dallas and Fort Worth architect Ralph Duesing designed the main house, garage and cabana. M. M. Moore managed the construction of the grounds, hardscape and pool.

This amazing estate project has so many features it is quite difficult to list all of them. Set on 150 Acres, this sprawling project features an Indoor Oval Pool that connects to an outdoor swimming pool with a 65'0" lap lane. The pools are connected by a moveable swimming pool door that actuates with the turn of a key. The indoor pool house also features an indoor spa and baby pool, and is crowned at one end by a custom Oyster Shell. The Indoor sauna is connected to both main pool sections, and is accessible from the outdoor pool underneath the swim-up grotto and waterfall. The hillside was terraced to create different gathering areas. The desire for great water features resulted in the back of the fire feature creating an awesome sound with a water wall and the cabana bench back created a spot for the sheer descents.
