Island and Table Detail

A drop zone was built to match the cabinetry from the kitchen to keep the same style and look in both conjoining spaces. A tall pantry holds the families boxed and canned items in easy reach and accessibility. To create a subtle break up of the two rooms, the backsplash tile was changed to something with the same amount of detail as the kitchen but only in one color to not clash with the colorful tile in the next room.
