Kenmore Mid-Century Renovation

The daylight family room was large and had views of Lake Washington that were hidden by the extreme overgrowth of foliage in the front yard. We removed the owner-built recessed sofa, reframed the space, added a walnut accent wall, new carpeting, lighting and updated the existing gas fireplace for a cozy, inviting new look.
