This view from upper deck shows the pool as the centerpiece of this large back yard. Due to the vastness of the yard and the towering trees, a very colorful rose and perennial garden was used to draw the viewers eye down to the pool level. In this photo you can more clearly see the colored and patterned pool deck as well as the flagstone coping. The lounge chair area was carefully sited to catch the most sun for tanning. Gabe Ortiz This Trilogy Fiberglass Columbia Model, flat back kidney shaped swimming pool, in river rock color, is 14.5’ x 28’. The shallow depth is 5’ and 10” depth at deep end. The deck is a Smooth Finished Concrete with a Rock Salt Finish and Cantilever Coping Project also had a 3 ft retaining wall built to combat slope and keep whole yard as useable space. All Pentair equipment used and a Color Changing LED Light is in the pool as well.

The French country influence is clearly evident in the style of the architecture and materials, which includes old world random stone work with wide mortar joints and contrasting dark timber supports and trim. The highlight of the backyard is a massive 19 x 49 dry Gunite infinity pool with visual zero edge.

The Freeform pool has a waterfall. There is also a round spa off to the side. The coping and patio were completed with a Multi Colored Bluestone in a Random Geometric Pattern. The Raised Trough has a Bluestone Drystack Wall to create the waterfall. If is finished with a Deco Tile band and Pearl Marbledust pool finish.

Our client purchased this lovely house for use as a vacation rental and wanted a hotel feel with a neutral, relaxing beach vibe. We worked with a tight budget to furnish and style this five bedroom home within a six week timeframe so they could get the property working as an income source right off the bat.
