When they briefed us on this two-storey 110 m2 complete property renovation, our clients envisioned a clean and contemporary take on its 1960s framework with a warm and welcoming entrance foyer, open, bright and colourful entertaining spaces, and crisp and functional bathrooms. The result is a spectacularly bright open space with southern lights seamlessly flowing across the lounge/dining and kitchen areas and unobstructed views of the wonderful natural surroundings of Pittville Park, beautifully landscaped gardens, and bright and beautiful interior spaces.

The bathroom features modern elements, including a white porcelain tile with mustard-yellow border, a freestanding bath with matte black fixtures, and Villeroy & Boch furnishings. Practicality combines with style through a wall-hung toilet and towel radiator. A Roman shower cubicle and Amtico flooring complete the luxurious ambiance.

Freestanding bathtub with stand alone tap and shower attachment, the bathtub is set below a mirrored niche with built in LED mood lighting, controlled on the far wall via a digital lighting panel. Walk in shower area with fixed shower head and separate shower attachment fitting, niche walls also added into the shower area with LED mood lighting. Floating vanity unit with his and hers sinks, wall mounted taps and black glass worktop. Light-up mIrror unit with built in bluetooth speakers to add to ambience.

Ein Bad für die Kinder sollte es werden, im Haus der Bauherren, unter dem Dach. Mit Toilette, Dusche, ein wenig Stauraum und später Platz für die Waschmaschine, damit sie selbst Waschen können. ( ob es passiert ist, wissen wir leider nicht ). Aber der Raum war durchaus, bedingt durch die Dachschräge etwas schwierig einzurichten. Durch das Schrägstellen der Dusche, konnten wir den Stehbereich in der Dusche etwas höher werden lassen. An der Waschbeckenwand war wenig Platz, so daß wir uns mit einem besonderen Halbeinbaubecken beholfen haben.

A small guest bathroom needed a refresh. We made a statement with artistic tile and a floating vanity. The integrated sink in the countertop is sleek, modern and so easy to clean. Finish it off with a stylish mirror and contemporary sconce.

This bathroom has a glass countertop so it was important to find storage solutions that were practice and stylish. The adjoining bedroom is blue so I decided to make it the accent colour for this bathroom.
