You’ll always be on holidays here!
Designed for a couple nearing retirement and completed in 2019 by Quine Building, this modern beach house truly embraces holiday living.
Capturing views of the escarpment and the ocean, this home seizes the essence of summer living.
In a highly exposed street, maintaining privacy while inviting the unmistakable vistas into each space was achieved through carefully placed windows and outdoor living areas.
By positioning living areas upstairs, the views are introduced into each space and remain uninterrupted and undisturbed.
The separation of living spaces to bedrooms flows seamlessly with the slope of the site creating a retreat for family members.
An epitome of seaside living, the attention to detail exhibited by the build is second only to the serenity of it’s location.

This is a Botox Renovations™ for Kitchens. We repainted all the cabinets, added a new chevron marble backsplash, new faucets, new hardware, new orange metal fretwork drum shade pendants, and created a dramatic faux painted copper and distressed blue hood as our focal point.

House of a Different Color
Full condo renovation: replaced carpet and laminate flooring with continuous LVP throughout; painted kitchen cabinets; added tile backsplash in kitchen; replaced appliances, sink, and faucet; replaced light fixtures and repositioned/added lights; selected all new furnishings- some brand new, some salvaged from second-hand sellers. Goal of this project was to stretch the dollars, so we worked hard to put money into the areas with highest return and get creative where possible. Phase 2 will be to update additional light fixtures and repaint more areas.

The kitchen is a pastiche of earthy textures curated by interior designer Kathryn Greeley. Subtly glamorous countertops in “Leathered Cognac” (Mountain Marble & Granite) bequeath center stage to a chunky porcelain-tile backsplash behind the range (Crossville Studios) and surrounding thin-cut “Elk River” ledge stone, crafted by Three River Stone. The built-in shelves displaying folk pottery from New Mexico are by Mountain Showcase Group, who crafted all the cabinetry in the home.

The homeowners wanted to refresh their 1980's kitchen with upgraded cabinetry, countertops and flooring. The result was a beautifully updated look with 39" high wall cabinets, quartz countertops and porcelain tile floors.
