Das Haus aus dem Jahr 1962 ist nicht wieder zu erkennen: Das Dachgeschoss erweitert, die Dachgauben ebenso wie die Terrasse erneuert. Das Dachgeschoss bekam einen Anbau, die Technik wurde komplett erneuert. Alle Gewerke wurden generalsaniert. Nach einer Bauzeit von 9 Monaten war der Umbau 2015 fertig gestellt — und das Haus hat nun 260qm moderne Wohnfläche.

Трёхкомнатная квартира в доме 1958 года постройки. Молодая семейная пара, ребята работают в геймдеве, занимаются маркетингом игр.
Проект интересен:
- организованной и согласованной перепланировкой, в которой уместилось большое количество встроенного хранения корпусами икеа(сецчас их можно заменить серией из хоф) .
- Разместили колонну стиральной и сушильной машин в санузле. Сделали душевую зону из стеклоблоков.
- Сохранили газовое обеспечение, при этом на кухне почти все его следы закрыли.
- Одну комнату оформили под кабинет с перспективой, что там будет актуальна и детская.
- В спальне разместили гардеробную и ещё одно рабочее место, тк ребята периодически работают удалённо.
- Бюджет берегли, применялись правила разумной экономии. В интерьере использованы отреставрированная советская мебель и люстры , сохранена родная резная розетка на потолке.
- Ну и главное: результат перепланировки- избавились от длинного коридора и получили развернутое и воздушное пространство и прекрасный вид при входе. Распашные двери на балкон открывают вид на двор с пышной березой.

SPATIONAUTE DESIGN - Architecte IntérieurBâtiment des années 30, cet ancien hôpital de jour transformé en habitation avait besoin d'être remis au goût de ses nouveaux propriétaires.
Les couleurs passent d'une pièce à une autre, et nous accompagnent dans la maison. L'artiste Resco à su mélanger ces différentes couleurs pour les rassembler dans ce grand escalier en chêne illuminé par une verrière.
Les sérigraphies, source d'inspiration dès le départ de la conception, se marient avec les couleurs choisies.
Des meubles sur-mesure structurent et renforcent l'originalité de chaque espace, en mélangeant couleur, bois clair et carrelage carré.
Avec les rendus 3D, le but du projet était de pouvoir visualiser les différentes solutions envisageable pour rendre plus chaleureux le salon, qui était tout blanc. De plus, il fallait ici réfléchir sur une restructuration de la bibliothèque / meuble TV.
Amos Goldreich ArchitectureAmos Goldreich Architecture has completed an asymmetric brick extension that celebrates light and modern life for a young family in North London. The new layout gives the family distinct kitchen, dining and relaxation zones, and views to the large rear garden from numerous angles within the home.
The owners wanted to update the property in a way that would maximise the available space and reconnect different areas while leaving them clearly defined. Rather than building the common, open box extension, Amos Goldreich Architecture created distinctly separate yet connected spaces both externally and internally using an asymmetric form united by pale white bricks.
Previously the rear plan of the house was divided into a kitchen, dining room and conservatory. The kitchen and dining room were very dark; the kitchen was incredibly narrow and the late 90’s UPVC conservatory was thermally inefficient. Bringing in natural light and creating views into the garden where the clients’ children often spend time playing were both important elements of the brief. Amos Goldreich Architecture designed a large X by X metre box window in the centre of the sitting room that offers views from both the sitting area and dining table, meaning the clients can keep an eye on the children while working or relaxing.
Amos Goldreich Architecture enlivened and lightened the home by working with materials that encourage the diffusion of light throughout the spaces. Exposed timber rafters create a clever shelving screen, functioning both as open storage and a permeable room divider to maintain the connection between the sitting area and kitchen. A deep blue kitchen with plywood handle detailing creates balance and contrast against the light tones of the pale timber and white walls.
The new extension is clad in white bricks which help to bounce light around the new interiors, emphasise the freshness and newness, and create a clear, distinct separation from the existing part of the late Victorian semi-detached London home. Brick continues to make an impact in the patio area where Amos Goldreich Architecture chose to use Stone Grey brick pavers for their muted tones and durability. A sedum roof spans the entire extension giving a beautiful view from the first floor bedrooms. The sedum roof also acts to encourage biodiversity and collect rainwater.

Let's Talk Kitchens & InteriorsThe brief from the homeowners was that an existing antique buffet & hutch and also a painted, timber island trolley were to be retained and used as inspiration for the new kitchen cabinetry. The colours of the new cabinets were directly inspired by these antique items with the soft, olive hue drawn from the distressed, island trolley. The kitchen design however takes a more contemporary approach with engineered quartz benchtops and splashbacks, clean lines and modern appliances including a fully integrated dishwasher. The homeowners were thrilled with the improved functionality of their new kitchen as well as the ease at which it fits into their traditional style home.
Bonito DesignsThe modular kitchen features state-of-the-art solutions. The area under the stairs houses additional storage space. The marble island also works as a breakfast counter with high bar stools.
