AOUN INTERIEURS

The whole main level is open: entry, living, dining and kitchen. But with a kitchen like this, you want to look at it!

If you look at our other photos you can see how brilliantly these bespoke cupboards were designed to hide everything away. There is even a table and chairs that pull out on the right hand side of this photo. Fridge, washing machine and dish-washer are all tucked away for a perfect London pied-a-terre.

Great room concept- this remodel opened up the Living Room and Kitchen to create a great room concept. the beautiful and sleek slab front cabinets add a punch of color to the space and set the tone for the rest of the downstairs.

To define the cooking area we made a few cabinet changes.
1. We used navy cabinets instead of white.
2. We changed the doors from shaker to recessed panel.
3. Use stainless steel hardware instead of oiled bronze.
4. Changed the backsplash from white subway tiles to stainless steel.

Dining in...
The kitchen living space needs to be multifunctional and most homeowners want to install an island if they can - but there is also the consideration of enough sociable dining space. It’s becoming increasingly popular to combine these two 'must-haves' by integrating a comfy dining booth to a central island unit. This needs careful, design and planning, of course, but such complex installations come naturally to Mowlem & Co.
