MUST SEE before pictures at the end of this project gallery. For a large kitchen, only half of it was used and shoved to one side. There was a small island that did not fit the entire family around, with an off-centered sink and the range was off-centered from the adjoining family room opening. With a lot going on in this space, we were able to streamline, while taking advantage of the massive space that functions for a very busy family that entertains monthly.

The catering kitchen was completely transformed by removing the 'mudroom' area to create room for a large prep, storage, and cooking areas. The new space is hosts a custom Cremone-bolted dish cabinet, wine cooler, and double panel fridge /freezer. It has a large farmhouse sink and plenty of storage for prepping for large catering events and parties.

New Modern Lake House: Located on beautiful Glen Lake, this home was designed especially for its environment with large windows maximizing the view toward the lake. The lower awning windows allow lake breezes in, while clerestory windows and skylights bring light in from the south. A back porch and screened porch with a grill and commercial hood provide multiple opportunities to enjoy the setting. Michigan stone forms a band around the base with blue stone paving on each porch. Every room echoes the lake setting with shades of blue and green and contemporary wood veneer cabinetry.

Our design for the Ruby Residence augmented views to the outdoors at every opportunity, while completely transforming the style and curb appeal of the home in the process. This second story addition added a bedroom suite upstairs, and a new foyer and powder room below, while minimally impacting the rest of the existing home. We also completely remodeled the galley kitchen to open it up to the adjacent living spaces. The design carefully considered the balance of views and privacy, offering the best of both worlds with our design. The result is a bright and airy home with an effortlessly coastal chic vibe.

Cabinet-S-Top
In this kitchen renovation project, the client
wanted to simplify the layout and update
the look of the space. This beautiful rustic
multi-finish cabinetry showcases the Dekton
and Quartz countertops with two Galley
workstations and custom natural hickory floors.
The kitchen area has separate spaces
designated for cleaning, baking, prepping,
cooking and a drink station. A fireplace and
spacious chair were also added for the client
to relax in while drinking his morning coffee.
The designer created a customized organization
plan to maximize the space and reduce clutter
in the cabinetry tailored to meet the client’s wants and needs.

Designing the kitchen with few upper cabinets allowed us to install a richly hued turquoise ceramic tile backsplash that climbs to the top of two walls and feels like a huge hug when you walk into the kitchen.
To add warmth and texture to the family-oriented space, we included industrial-style light fixtures with beautiful bronze finishes and a custom-designed dining table that nods to the unique modern elements we aimed to include.

This oceanside contemporary condominium is a sophisticated space that evokes relaxation. Using the bright blue and easy feel of the ocean as both an inspiration and a backdrop, soft rich fabrics in beach tones were used to maintain the peacefulness of the coastal surroundings. With soft hues of blue and simple lush design elements, this living space is a wonderful blend of coastal calmness and contemporary style. Textured wall papers were used to enrich bathrooms with no ocean view to create continuity of the stunning natural setting of the Palm Beach oceanfront.
