Take a moment to enjoy the tranquil and cozy feel of this rustic cottage kitchen and bathroom. With the whole bunkie outfitted in cabinetry with a warm, neutral finish and decorative metal hardware, this space feels right at home as a welcoming retreat surrounded by nature. ⠀
The space is refreshing and rejuvenating, with floral accents, lots of natural light, and clean, bright faucets, but pays tribute to traditional elegance with a special place to display fine china, detailed moulding, and a rustic chandelier. ⠀
The couple that owns this bunkie has done a beautiful job maximizing storage space and functionality, without losing one ounce of character or the peaceful feel of a streamlined, cottage life.

Whether you're preparing a Thanksgiving feast or grabbing breakfast on the go as you whirl out the door to work, having a highly functional kitchen requires an upfront attention to design detail that borders on fanatical. That's why Colorado Fine Woodworks' kitchen cabinet projects include an in-depth discussion about how you actually use your kitchen. Left-handed or right-handed? Doors or drawers? Concealing or revealing? We ask all the questions, listen to your answers, take our own measurements onsite, create 3D drawings, manage installation, and collaborate with you to ensure even the smallest elements are carefully considered. And, of course, we also make it beautiful, whether your tastes tend toward traditional or contemporary, incorporating influences from elegant to rustic to reclaimed.
Our work is:
- exclusively custom, built EXACTLY to the specifications of your kitchen
- designed to optimize every square inch, with no fillers or dead spaces
- crafted to highlight or hide any feature you wish - including your appliances
- thoughtfully and thoroughly plotted, from hinges to hardware

This renovation was for a family whose Kitchen is the heart of the home. The project goals were to create a warm, inviting space, comfortable for entertaining and every day use. Highlights of the Kitchen include the custom copper range hood and copper backsplash, beautiful distressed cream cabinetry and a built-in banquette overlooking the Magothy River.

Beautiful Italian Villa kitchen complete with everything you can think of. This kitchen is a true gem.
Cedar Hill Cabinets
This kitchen has a great amount of drawer space and under-counter storage with eight roll-out shelves for all the pots, pans and equipment. Once you use roll-outs, you will never go without them. The granite countertop has a 2 1/2" mitered drop-edge for a substantial look.

Tuscan design using a burnished & glazed finish on oak cabinets by Wood-Mode. A small kitchen designed to mimic and Italian grotto. We used a compact Sub-Zero integrated refrigerator, a pull-out base pantry for storage, and a angled-U island with the sink. Also included was a hutch finished in cottage red and blue used as a sideboard. The cabinet with the butcher block counter to the left of the stove is on castors so it is mobile for prep work and serving convenience.

A large kitchen with grey distressed cabinets and warm stained cabinets has so much texture and warmth. A custom wood hood was created on site and add to the rustic appeal. Glass pendants were used over the island. A prep sink was incorporated into the island. The windows all go down to the countertop to maximize the views out the large windows. Transom windows were incorporated on the range wall to let even more light flood in. The granite was run up behind the wolf range to continue the texture.
