Hier wurde eine alte Scheune fantasievoll ein einen offenen Wohnraum umgebaut. Herzstück des ganzen ist die offene Küche die mit ihren hohen Hängeschränken bis zur Decke viel Stauraum bietet. Die Fronten wurden mit weiß matten Laminat-Oberflächen versehen. Vor der Küche frei im Raum steht ein großer Esstisch mit 8 Stühlen, der auch dem Besuch ausreichend Platz bietet.

The clients requested a kitchen that was simple, flush and had that built-in feel. This kitchen achieves that and so much more with the fabulously multi-tasking island, and the fun red splash back.

This small 'kitchenette' or 'parent retreat' is just off the main bedroom. A neat nook perfect for grabbing a bed time cuppa. Laminate benchtop: Laminex Himalayan Stone Natural Finish. Bright white, shaker style cabinets and butcher block counter tops, combine to brighten up this cottage kitchen. A farmhouse sink base in a contrasting wood adds a vintage feel.

Kitchen floor and garden patio are both tiled using the same large format 900mm porcelain tiles. A well engineered inconspicuous slot drain and appropriate fall ensures the rain stays outside!

To say this kitchen design in Newport Beach is one-of-a-kind would be an understatement. The great room space is designed in a soft contemporary style that combines sleek, modern features with warm, unique details that set it apart from other kitchens. The Bentwood kitchen cabinets in two different finishes have a shaker style door with integrated aluminum channel hardware and are complemented by basket weave drawer fronts. Unique Lumicor glass door inserts in the upper cabinets in meadow style bring color, texture, and an element of nature to the design. The kitchen cabinets are beautifully accented by two countertop materials, a Maribel stainless steel sink, and stainless appliances including a Thermador oven, range, and dishwasher, a Cheng hood, Subzero fridge, and Wolf microwave. A second sink next to the range is ideal for food preparation, and a Brew Express built-in coffee system keeps the coffee pot handy without taking up valuable counterspace.
