This was the second home we built for this retired couple. Downsizing with warm, contemporary sizzle, this 1,700 sq. ft. single-story features a spacious main living area, with direct access to the screened porch. Master on one end, guest room on the other. The brick-look kitchen backsplash wall is actually porcelain tile. High-efficiency, wood-burning fireplace heats the entire home. Glass panel doors add a flair. LED lighting throughout. The owners are thrilled with the realistic hardwood look and feel of the LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring in all areas. Featured in the Asheville Parade of Homes.
House of a Different Color
Full condo renovation: replaced carpet and laminate flooring with continuous LVP throughout; painted kitchen cabinets; added tile backsplash in kitchen; replaced appliances, sink, and faucet; replaced light fixtures and repositioned/added lights; selected all new furnishings- some brand new, some salvaged from second-hand sellers. Goal of this project was to stretch the dollars, so we worked hard to put money into the areas with highest return and get creative where possible. Phase 2 will be to update additional light fixtures and repaint more areas.

The cabinets themselves are crafted from top-quality materials and feature a beautiful finish, providing both durability and style. The ample storage space inside the cabinets ensures that your kitchen remains organized and clutter-free.
McDaniels Kitchen and Bath
This Lansing, MI kitchen remodel is a distinctive mission style design with Medallion Cabinetry flat panel kitchen cabinets in a warm wood finish. The design is accented by black matte Richelieu hardware and black GE appliances. A solid surface Corian countertop with a 1" coved backsplash beautifully finishes off the design, topped by a white subway tile backsplash.
Sweet Magnolia Design
Completly remodeled this couples kitchen, she wanted a new spacious kitchen with lots of storage and he wanted it to feel like it was there all along with the rest of the house. I think the design is a success!
Flooret
A gorgeous, varied mid-tone brown with wirebrushing to enhance the oak wood grain on every plank. This floor works with nearly every color combination. With the Modin Collection, we have raised the bar on luxury vinyl plank. The result is a new standard in resilient flooring. Modin offers true embossed in register texture, a low sheen level, a rigid SPC core, an industry-leading wear layer, and so much more.

I always love when a client says “do what you think”. I had the best time designing this beach house for another adorable family. When I learned the homes history and the families Greek heritage, my brain entered Mykonos mode. They agreed and let me run with it. Both floors of the home went thru some major overhaul (pictures to come). Luckily I had a dream of a contractor and some magical tradespeople to work with. Not the quickest reno but I’ve learned in this business, nothing pretty comes easy or fast.

Degnan Design-Build-Remodel
Our repeat clients, Mark, Kim, and their school-age son, David, have been making this home their own for nearly a decade. Having replaced all the windows and the front door, the clients decided it was time for us to start on the interior. Although the old kitchen layout worked, it was time to update, allowing them to change things to work even better. The existing peninsula was cumbersome and did not work to their advantage when they spent time together cooking or baking. Looking to do the project efficiently rather than extravagantly, they wanted a design that would primarily keep the current layout and footprint of the kitchen while maximizing the cabinet and countertop space.

By opening up this kitchen and dining room, we were able to give these clients, and their home, the kitchen that they deserve.

ODD FELLOWS CONTRACTING
Remodel of existing kitchen with expansion of dining and kitchen space to open up the kitchen. Additional remodel of the existing bathroom along with flooring and painting in the hallway and family room.
Stebnitz Builders, Inc.
This dated kitchen was ready to be transformed by our magic wand! The wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed to create one larger room with an island and space for a dining table. Our team of carpenters installed all new custom crafted cherry cabinets with Hanstone Serenity quartz countertops. Natural stone tile was installed for the backsplash and luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the room. All new Frigidaire Professional appliances in stainless were installed, including french door refrigerator, electric cooktop and range hood, a built-in wall oven, convection microwave oven and dishwasher.
The Muir Showrooms
The refrigerator could not go into the corner because of the location of the light switch, so our designer tucked a cabinet into the corner to push the refrigerator away from the wall.
