This Lynnhurst home and family were ready for a kitchen update. After living in a tight kitchen with little storage, the homeowners were looking to open walls and add some additional cabinetry. The new kitchen was designed to salvage a few existing cabinets as well as design new storage for the larger kitchen footprint. The new kitchen is open to the existing sunroom addition and dining area for the family to enjoy open living. New hardwood flooring in the kitchen, painted two-tone cabinetry in White and Hale Navy, and walnut counters finish the room. One of our favorite parts of the space is the custom bi-pass pantry storage. Floating shelves and a walnut accent on the back wall really make the storage pop for open or closed storage use. The walnut accent was also carried above the fridge in the wine storage rack. The contrasting colors and materials with the light bright walls create a soothing Scandinavian kitchen design.

This open plan kitchen features a stunning granite worktop which is matched with a tall splashback, creating a timeless elegant look. Blue classic painted cabinets provide maximum storage and the classic kitchen is laid out to be both functional and comfortable. The extractor fan, integrated into the ceiling, together with fully integrated Gaggenau appliances, add the contemporary touch to this elegant, classical style of kitchen.

This lovely new kitchen incorporates defined work areas to accommodate the multi-tasking activities of a busy family. Four work stations fit and function easily and beautifully in a tidy 300 SF space: (1) cooking, including separate gas and electric cooking surfaces; (2) prep/cleaning, on the island; and (3) food storage, in the cherry wood armoire concealing both refrigerator and pantry. (4) is the area between the food storage and double ovens (around the corner from the formal serving hutch) and is devoted to baking.

This is a beautiful Rotpunkt kitchen that we installed last year. This kitchen features on-trend midnight blue units, teamed with kashmir units and bright quartz worktop with a marbled finish. The panels and handrails are in a wood finish which complement the herringbone flooring.

This kitchen was brought to life with new navy cabinets and bright marble-look quartz countertops. Natural woven wood shades keeps the space cozy. The floors are durable tile made to look like concrete. The kitchen design choices pair well with the unique terracotta floors in the rest of the home.
