A beautiful transformation to this 1950's timber home
opened this kitchen to the rear deck and back yard through the dining room. A laundry is cleverly tucked away behind shaker style doors and new french doors encourage the outdoors in. A renovation on a tight budget created a fantastic space for this young family.

Fully remodeled kitchen. Created a "beachy mountain" kitchen design. Removed walls to create open space between kitchen and dining/family rooms. New layout and configuration. New cabinetry, countertops, appliances, sink, faucet, hardware, lighting, furnishings and accessories.

A sleek and stylish monochrome kitchen in Forest Hill. The predominantly white handle less kitchen furniture from German manufacturer Ballerina, is off set perfectly with a black peninsular kitchen island and black colour accents. The Kubus sink and Quooker tap are set below the large portrait window that floods the room with light. A mirrored glass splashback enhances the light and airy feel and modern appliances from Siemens maintain the very modern finish. Both the island and end of the sink run is finished with mitred stone – Sensa Nilo Quartzite from Cosentino and Compac Glaciar Quartz.

The kitchen design could’ve been finalised quite quickly and placed on order, however Ian wanted a little more time to determine the colours for his kitchen doors. To come to a decision Ian took home samples of the doors to see how they looked in the space and whether they worked with his flooring options. In the end he opted for Dove Grey.
Ian appreciated he wasn’t pressured to order his kitchen quickly and had enough time to do more research on other kitchens, appliances and companies within the market if he chose.

A beautiful contemporary kitchen design was created by removing the range and microwave and adding a cooktop, under counter oven and hood. The microwave was relocated and an under counter microwave was incorporated into the design. These appliances were moved to balance the design and create a perfect symmetry. Products used were Miralis matte white cabinetry with horizontal bi-fold uppers with automatic opening features. No hardware was used on the cabinetry to maintain the minimalistic design. The island was wrapped with the same cabinetry material finish to keep the clean look. Quartz tops were used and a quartz table top in an accent color adds flavor. Appliances used were Liebherr, Bertazzoni and Bosch
