Colorful Contemporary Los Angeles Addition

This colorful Contemporary design / build project started as an Addition but included new cork flooring and painting throughout the home. The Kitchen also included the creation of a new pantry closet with wire shelving and the Family Room was converted into a beautiful Library with space for the whole family. The homeowner has a passion for picking paint colors and enjoyed selecting the colors for each room. The home is now a bright mix of modern trends such as the barn doors and chalkboard surfaces contrasted by classic LA touches such as the detail surrounding the Living Room fireplace. The Master Bedroom is now a Master Suite complete with high-ceilings making the room feel larger and airy. Perfect for warm Southern California weather! Speaking of the outdoors, the sliding doors to the green backyard ensure that this white room still feels as colorful as the rest of the home. The Master Bathroom features bamboo cabinetry with his and hers sinks. The light blue walls make the blue and white floor really pop. The shower offers the homeowners a bench and niche for comfort and sliding glass doors and subway tile for style. The Library / Family Room features custom built-in bookcases, barn door and a window seat; a readers dream! The Children’s Room and Dining Room both received new paint and flooring as part of their makeover. However the Children’s Bedroom also received a new closet and reading nook. The fireplace in the Living Room was made more stylish by painting it to match the walls – one of the only white spaces in the home! However the deep blue accent wall with floating shelves ensure that guests are prepared to see serious pops of color throughout the rest of the home. Зеркальные панели на стенах и потолке и кровать, которая как бы парит в воздухе, занимают центральное место в интерьере спальни. О кровати следует сказать отдельно. Ее ножки были максимально убраны ближе к ее центру, чтобы их не было видно. Кроме того, внизу кровати, по всему ее периметру, была специально проведена подсветка из светодиодной ленты. В результате в темное время суток при выключенном верхнем освещении создается впечатление, что кровать как бы парит в воздухе. Хозяева квартиры приветствовали оригинальные решения, и подобная идея с кроватью помогла создать современную и интересную спальню. Вся цветовая гамма спальни выдержана в спокойных нейтральных тонах, близких к природным.

Balkenbett aus Zirbebalken und Rundholz individuell gefertigt sind die Balkenbetten aus Zirbenholz unverwechselbar und echt. Aus Dielen gefertigt, Stück für Stück. Ganze Balken miteinander verbunden und mit Holzschrauben fixiert. Die Lehne wird nach Wunsch gefertigt: Mit einem breiten Zirbebalken durch geschliffene Naturkanten veredelt oder mit abgerundeten Zirbebalken oder auch aus 2 zueinander gefügten Zirbebalken . Nach Geschmack und Wunsch der Kunden eben. Im Bettenstudio dient das Ausstellungsbett als Muster. Verschiedene Lehnen können anhand von Fotos ausgewählt werden. Dann werden Bettseitenhöhe, Matratzenhöhe, Lehnenhöhe und viele weitere Details gemeinsam besprochen und festgelegt. Bei diesem Balkenbett war alles etwas anders. Unser Kundenpaar kam und war von den Zirbebalken begeistert. Genau wie es im Urlaub war. Jedoch sollte das Bett einmalig werden. Sie stellten sich vor: Lehne und Füße sollen aus Rundholz hergestellt werden. Das Lehnenbrett sollte dazwischen eingepasst werden. Alles sollte metallfrei verbunden sein.Eine solche Aufgabe ist für einen Schreiner mit viel Herzblut eine tolle Aufgabe. Natürlich war mir etwas flau im Magen, jedoch ergab sich glücklicherweise eins ums andere. Wir sind im Naturpark Schwäbisch-Fränkischer Wald beheimatet. Dieser ist einer der großen Mischwaldgebiete in Baden-Württemberg. Bald wurde ich an einem großen Holzpolter am Wegesrand fündig. Mit der Motorsäge haben wir die Stammabschnitte zugesägt. Unser Werkstattmeister Tobias Ganter hat mit viel Gefühl die Balken exakt darin eingepasst. Mit der Flex und viel Schweiß wurden die Stämme dann geglättet und geschliffen. Das dicke Zirbenbrett ist metallfrei als Lehne dazu eingefügt. Unsere Kunden sind begeistert von Ihrem neuen Schlafzimmer. Hier Ihr Schreiben: „Die Fa. Burkhardt hat meine Skizzen fachmännisch umgesetzt und im Detail verbessert. Die Ausführung meiner bestellten Möbel übertrifft meine Erwartung. Die Fa. Burkhardt hat sich über meine Sonderwünsche sehr gefreut, da diese handwerkliches Geschick in hohem Maße erforderten.
