The dining room is to the right of the front door when you enter the home. We designed the trim detail on the ceiling, along with the layout and trim profile of the wainscoting throughout the foyer. The walls are covered in blue grass cloth wallpaper and the arched windows are framed by gorgeous coral faux silk drapery panels.

The beautiful Dining Area in one of our Award Winning Barn Renovations. The fabulous Monterey Cypress, Macrocarpa wood which we sourced through our specialist wood supplier allowed us to create this fabulous 8ft x 3ft Dining Table with Brushed Stainless Steel Legs. The Dining Chairs were made and covered for us in a beautiful soft grey fabric by our furniture designers. Accenting walls were painted in the lovely new Farrow & Ball colour 'Moles Breath' and Felt shades in a lovely 'Oatmeal' colour with cotton diffusers were hung on brushed Nickel Pendant Lights. A lovely Dining area in the beautiful Open Plan Living Space for our happy Clients to entertain in and enjoy.

This formal dining room was designed to entertain. Custom colored hand printed wall covering and coordinating fabric in sapphire and linen exude a grand yet playful vibe. The handmade drapery and table runner boast great attention to detail while softening the bold palette. Over scaled ginger jars and a tall sideboard balance the well proportioned room in this near century home.

Although the client requested a mostly white home they were really stuck on the idea of a very blue dining room. It is bold and stately in feeling and is a perfect spot for a formal dinner with style.

So in the dining room, for example, we have Louis XVI chairs and a quirky, contemporary crystal chandelier. I designed the bookcases so that the wife would have plenty of space for books. I wanted them to be red, but sometimes red can go too red. To bring it down a bit, we started with an undercoat of high-gloss black, and then applied red over that. At the end of the process, we were hand-rubbing so that some of the dark showed through, which really added depth to the red.
