Design Harmony
Here we transformed a guest bedroom into a home office. By adding two sets of double doors we hid the washer, dryer & all miscellaneous office equipment.
Using the clients' existing artwork as a basis for our palette, we incorporated color into the room by painting the doors this lush green.

Rochman Design-Build Inc.
In this project the Rochman Design Build team renovated an old 2 story, farmhouse-styled home nestled among mature trees in the Water Hill neighborhood of Ann Arbor. The major renovation of the project happened on the 2nd floor with a complete overhaul of the space including an addition. What was a small room and kitchenette is now a spacious and bright 1 bedroom apartment where our clients can gather and entertain family and friends.
Landmark Homes
This 2-story home boasts an attractive exterior with welcoming front porch complete with decorative posts. The 2-car garage opens to a mudroom entry with built-in lockers. The open floor plan includes 9’ceilings on the first floor and a convenient flex space room to the front of the home. Hardwood flooring in the foyer extends to the powder room, mudroom, kitchen, and breakfast area. The kitchen is well-appointed with cabinetry featuring decorative crown molding, Cambria countertops with tile backsplash, a pantry, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens to the breakfast area and family room with gas fireplace featuring stone surround and stylish shiplap detail above the mantle. The 2nd floor includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room. The spacious owner’s suite features an expansive closet and a private bathroom with tile shower and double bowl vanity.

A large luxurious and organized laundry and mudroom that has everything one might need for a mountain estate. Plenty of counter space, cabinets, and storage shelves make it easy to separate laundry or fold and put away. A built-in bench and coat rack are ideal for putting on or taking off winter gear in comfort. Lastly, an extra fridge was added for those nights of entertaining!
