This room has a mixture of rustic farmhouse feel but is still luxurious. The carpet was pulled up exposing a concrete floor which was buffed and stained. The walls were painted a peacock blue to add drama but the white accents make the whole room feel cozy and relaxing.

For now, this little backyard home is going to contribute to the family cashflow, but in the future, Nat and Roshni are going to use this cute little number as a pied a terre for all the travelling they have planned. 2 large bathrooms, laundry and a massive walk in closet upstairs (not pictured) are all going to make the autumn years feel a little more like spring.
The details: 685 square feet.
Some notable features: Budget concious ikea kitchen helped finance the big bifold door system to open the kitchen up.

Those objects of affection in your prized, personalized collections are meant to be seen and admired, and Jeff put together a unique place for keepsakes with not one but three of our Ducar bookcases. You can even remove and rearrange the adjustable shelves, as Jeff did here, to install a mini art gallery. It’s clever decisions like this that give your space an unexpected twist and catch everyone’s attention.
