This is our last completed project which is conversion of old offices into 25 residential apartments. The cost of the project was £35k per apartment and it included top of the line soundproofing of floors and walla, adding balconies, new kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, electrics, new hardwood double glazed sash windows to front and new double glazed aluminum windows at the back of the building, fire regs, building regs, plastering, flooring and a lot of other stuff.

This area flooded while the homeowner was out of town. We upgraded the plumbing system to Uponor PEX and eliminated the galvanized pipe. This meant that we had to cut open the walls to run new pipes. Patch and paint like nothing happened.

When we renovated this period English house, we wanted to pay homage to the historical significance and charm of the property while also updating it to meet modern needs and aesthetic preferences.
In terms of the design aesthetic, we drew inspiration from traditional English homes, incorporating warm, natural materials like wood and stone, and emphasising comfortable, inviting spaces. I also added modern touches, such as sleek lighting fixtures and accessories to create a sense of contrast and balance.

This active couple with three adult boys loves to travel and visit family throughout Western Canada. They hired us for a main floor renovation that would transform their home, making it more functional, conducive to entertaining, and reflective of their interests.
In the kitchen, we chose to keep the layout and update the cabinetry and surface finishes to revive the look. To accommodate large gatherings, we created an in-kitchen dining area, updated the living and dining room, and expanded the family room, as well.
In each of these spaces, we incorporated durable custom furnishings, architectural details, and unique accessories that reflect this well-traveled couple’s inspiring story.
