The great room features a craftsman inspired fireplace with corbel brackets supporting a thick mantle. Crisp white paint sets off the trim details from the dark of the hardwood floors and the gas log firebox. Rounding out the traditional/contemporary style is a subtly textured, glazed brick fireplace surround.

The client's existing art inspired the color palette for the living room. The walls are painted Benjamin Moore Grey Owl and the red chairs are covered in a Kravet fabric.

Panther Builders
Beautiful sunroom off of the main living room areas. Perfect for studying or relaxing, this design is becoming more popular in New Construction due to its seasonal benefits.
Niche Modern
A grouping of several signature Niche pendants hangs in the living room. The cluster includes a Stamen and Turret pendant in Amber glass, an Aurora and Oculo pendant in Crystal glass, a Solitaire pendant in Smoke glass, a Pod and Pharos pendant in Gray glass, and a Minaret pendant in Chocolate glass. The rich colors of our luxurious glass bring added warmth to the interior, balancing the concrete and porcelain tile floor. The pendants complement the bamboo ceiling from which they hang, the double-sided quartzite fireplace, and the violet and gold tones featured throughout the space.
User
Working with the clients from the early stages, we were able to create the exact contemporary seaside home that they dreamt up after a recent stay in a luxurious escape in New Zealand. Slate cladding and granite floor tiles are used both externally and internally to create continuous flow to the garden and upper terraces. A minimal but comfortable feel was achieved using a palette of cool greys with accents of lime green and dusky orange echoeing the colours within the planting and evening skies.
