This luxurious spa-like bathroom was remodeled from a dated 90's bathroom. The entire space was demolished and reconfigured to be more functional. Walnut Italian custom floating vanities, large format 24"x48" porcelain tile that ran on the floor and up the wall, marble countertops and shower floor, brass details, layered mirrors, and a gorgeous white oak clad slat walled water closet. This space just shines!

A beautifully remodeled primary bathroom ensuite inspired by the homeowner’s European travels. This spacious bathroom was dated and had a cold cave like shower. The homeowner desired a beautiful space with a European feel, like the ones she discovered on her travels to Europe. She also wanted a privacy door separating the bathroom from her bedroom. The designer opened up the closed off shower by removing the soffit and dark cabinet next to the shower to add glass and let light in. Now the entire room is bright and airy with marble look porcelain tile throughout. The archway was added to frame in the under-mount tub. The double vanity in a soft gray paint and topped with Corian Quartz compliments the marble tile. The new chandelier along with the chrome fixtures add just the right amount of luxury to the room. Now when you come in from the bedroom you are enticed to come in and stay a while in this beautiful space.

This Australian-inspired new construction was a successful collaboration between homeowner, architect, designer and builder. The home features a Henrybuilt kitchen, butler's pantry, private home office, guest suite, master suite, entry foyer with concealed entrances to the powder bathroom and coat closet, hidden play loft, and full front and back landscaping with swimming pool and pool house/ADU.

Quartz on the vanity with 4” back and end splash and includes the shower threshold. 12x24 field tile for the main floor and shower walls and mosaic tile for the shower floor and niche were installed. Moen Voss Collection in Brushed Nickel includes faucet, toilet paper holder, towel ring, towel bar, shower head/faucet and toilet tank lever. A Kohler Wellworth 2 piece toilet in white. Includes a new bypass shower clear ¼” door with Brushed Nickel finish.

The room is accented by fixtures that combined a classic antique look with modern functionality. The elegant simplicity of the vertical shiplap throughout the room adds visual space with its clean lines and timeless style.

Double Vanity & Shower

Even NFL players should have grab bars in the shower, and this one is no exception. Anyone who slips will grab the first thing they can. Even our towel bars serve as grab bars. All showers are curbless unless, as in this case, it's a loft, so it was impossible to recess the floor.

123 Remodeling’s design-build team gave this bathroom in Bucktown (Chicago, IL) a facelift by installing new tile, mirrors, light fixtures, and a new countertop. We reused the existing vanity, shower fixtures, faucets, and toilet that were all in good condition. We incorporated a beautiful blue blended tile as an accent wall to pop against the rest of the neutral tiles. Lastly, we added a shower bench and a sliding glass shower door giving this client the coastal bathroom of their dreams.
