One of our recently completed projects in Mt Tooblewong in the Upper Yarra Valley, Victoria. Our clients, a semi-retired couple living in the city, were looking for a 'Tree Change'. This renovation and Thermal upgrade of a four bedroom home included a complete reconfiguration of the floor plan, new hydronic heating, new double glazed timber windows and an upgraded insulation. A small renovation but a massive difference it makes!

CLPM Limited
This bedroom has original beams and stone fireplace surround with a wood burning stove. Stairs lead up to the large en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath.
CLPM project manager tip - wood burning stoves are useful for quickly heating rooms which are not used all the time, such as bedrooms. They're also a much cleaner than having an open hearth. Make sure you get independent expert advice on the size and type of stove you install to make sure it matches your needs.
Brandler London
Combining warm wood, raw metal, and tufted silk velvet, the Brandler Bed fits well in a modern design context while maintaining the character and comfort one wants in a bedroom. The base is visually grounded with large planks of honey-toned reclaimed wood that serve to conceal practical under-bed storage. The headboard is upholstered and hand-tufted in a deep blue velvet adding a classic sense of luxury and a soft place to rest one’s head. The steel frame ties these two materials together and adds a sleek industrial flavour to the domestic piece of furniture.
Brandler beds are built bespoke and can therefore be customised with each client’s style or storage needs.

This house has three fireplaces; two that are wood burning and one gas. The corner fireplace has hand forged leaves that were individually cut, hammered and detailed. The branches were also forged, hammered and bent to make their distinctive design.
The wood burning fireplaces were custom built to match. Both fireplaces have matching handles, hinges and rivets; with the great room fireplace being significantly larger with an arched top, the master bedroom fireplace having a square top. All three are hand hammered along the edges to complete their simple design.
