This unique design powder room has a wine barrel vanity with copper sink and ORB hardware. Beautiful vineyard wall mural and unique black toilet. There is a small/medium sized shower that represents the wine cellar to complete the winery/vineyard theme to this powder room.

The entry powder room received custom cabinets with custom furniture finish of opaque conversion varnish with glaze top coats. The floor received the same tile as the kitchen. The great room has a 14' ceiling, three 5-foot by 7-foot wood outswing doors with arched tops, and the tile used was the same as that used in the kitchen.

A stunning Venetian mirror hangs above a custom vanity wearing a distressed and glazed blue stain in this Italian Country inspired powder room. Exposed hinges and bronze cabinet pulls give Old World charm as does the wood top, which is stained to match the room’s door and moldings. Above the wood top sits an additional top made of durable Quartzite. The metal sink, polished nickel faucet and Venetian mirror and sparkle. For a bit of whimsy, an antique door knocker is used to hold a hand towel.

This homes timeless design captures the essence of Santa Barbara Style. Indoor and outdoor spaces intertwine as you move from one to the other. Amazing views, intimately scaled spaces, subtle materials, thoughtfully detailed, and warmth from natural light are all elements that make this home feel so welcoming. The outdoor areas all have unique views and the property landscaping is well tailored to complement the architecture. We worked with the Client and Sharon Fannin interiors.

With powder rooms, you can go THERE! Don't be afraid to go crazy! We used the homeowner's tuscan artwork as the inspiration and went to town on the walls!
