Urbano Design & Build
Urbano Design and Build transformed this 1930’s Atlee B. Ayres home into a sleek modern design without compromising its Spanish flair. The home includes custom hardwood floors, one of a kind tiles, restored wood beams, antique fixtures, and high-end stainless steel appliances. A new addition master suite leads to an outdoor space complete with kitchen, pool, and fireplace to create a luxurious oasis.
Unique Landscapes and Custom Pools
Large flower pots are places throughout the hardscape to add softness and seasonal color.
Rock and Wood
This stunning boutique style swimming pool was designed and installed by us back in 2015 for a client here in The Cotswolds. The stone we used for the main floor was Cotswold Cream and is an Indian Limestone Flagstone. We also made bespoke pool copings from the same stone by special order in Portugal. The dusty cream stone is perfect for underfloor heating too and is frost tested which means it is ok to be used outside for patios ad landscaping.
Martel Windows & Doors
Located in Bee Caves just west of Austin in the highly acclaimed Spanish Oaks Golf Course Community. Windows and Doors are Sun Clad Clear Pine stained to match all wood casing and Dark Bronze Aluminum Clad Exterior. The dark exterior color was used to frame the openings and create a contrast against the light rock façade and coincide with the beautiful roof. A custom 5/8” simulated Divided lite was used to add a simple detail on the façade of the house without obstructing the view.

Vita Nova Mosaic, Inc.
The bottom of the pool is is called Hippocampus and it depicts Neptune in a chariot being pulled by sea-horses.
Van Kirk & Sons Pools and Spas
Located in the town of Palm Beach, this Infinity Edge style pool takes a timeless European tradition and sets it against a South Floridian backdrop.
Setting foot onto the deck we’re welcomed by 16”x16” deck pavers with turf grass creating a classic visual pattern. Dominican Coral Stone and chiseled Limestone were selected to frame the perimeter of the pool and for a natural finish to the infinity edge wall. The glass blue tile that fills in the pool floor mirrors the sky and flows right into the vast blue sea. A pair of palms completes the serene setting by providing just enough shade when you need it.
