Il bagno è caratterizzato da pochi elementi, semplici e funzionali. Il lavello è lungo 120 cm con due rebinetti. la doccia è anch'essa lunga 140 cm per dare il massimo della comodità e viste le dimensione può contenere anche uno stendino che in una casa senza balconi può essere molto comodo. La panchina è stata disegnata appositamente per adattarsi alle dimensioni del bagno ed offrire un punto di appoggio e relax, cosa abbastanza rara in case di questa dimensione.

The minimalist bathroom complete with a wall mount sink, wall mount faucet, wall mount toilet, and zero entry shower with a single glass panel and recessed niches. The heated wall mount towel rack and floating shelf storage area complete the space. Floor to ceiling tile keep it easy to clean. The lighted mirror make getting ready in the morning a breeze.

A new plumbing layout was installed and the electric was upgraded. Black and white is the theme here with mesh mounted floor tiles and a subway wall tile with black wall paint.

Dans cet appartement sous les toits de Paris abandonné depuis les années 1900, la transformation est totale. Une page blanche pour écrire une histoire contemporaine pleine de charme. En premier lieu, le volume de l’appartement et des combles ont été réunis en supprimant le plancher. Un parquet en point de Hongrie redonne noblesse et chaleur au lieu. Une cuisine, un dressing, une bibliothèque aux façades épurées épousant la forme du toit offrent de grands rangements. Du mobilier chinés et une décoration colorés sublime l'ensemble. Le cocon d’une parisienne est né.

This commercial space needed an entire redo. The space was previously used for a theater improve space but has been turned into offices. From completely new carpeting to fresh paint and an added kitchen, this project looks brand new.
