with the seat floded up... Here my client wanted a neutral bathroom in this color, after an unfortunate experience with flooded pipes late last year...I was able to create the most of a samll space for their updated bathrooms. It is hard to see, but this tile has a linen texture.

What was once a very outdated single pedestal master bathroom is now a totally reconfigured master bathroom with a full wet room, custom floating His and Her's vanities with integrated cement countertops. I choose the textured tiles on the surrounding wall to give an impression of running water.

This 1960s 1,647 sq. ft. one-story Eichler style modern ranch home was in serious need of modern amenities. Keeping true to the Eichler style architecture, emphasis was placed on maintaining a casual indoor/outdoor living space complete with signature features such as a floor-to-ceiling fireplace that uses brick on both the inside and outside to blend the home with the outdoors. The home features exposed beams, an expanse of plate glass, and a flat roof with the garage facing the street and a majority of the living areas open to the rear of the home.
This one-story, 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home was transformed from top to bottom with Pasadena Robles floor tile (with the exception of the bathrooms), new baseboards and crown molding, new interior doors, windows, hardware and plumbing fixtures.
The kitchen was outfit with a commercial grade Wolf oven, microwave, coffee maker and gas cooktop; Bosch dishwasher; Cirrus range hood; and SubZero wine storage and refrigerator/freezer. Beautiful gray Neolith countertops were used for the kitchen island and hall with a 1” built up square edge. Smoke-colored Island glass was designed into a full height backsplash. Bathrooms were laid with Ivory Ceramic tile and walnut cabinets.

This bathroom used to be extremely dated, with dark wallpaper and a mirrored wall, it was in desperate need of an update! Now, this space has a clean, modern feel that fits with the rest of the home. The toilet is in a small, separate room connected to this portion of the bathroom to help mornings flow smoothly without sacrificing privacy when nature calls. Our clients also opted for 2 separate vanities to allow plenty of space when preparing for the day.

Linear Drains are sleek and clean looking. The slop of the shower floor is able to have just one eased slop the drain that stretches across the floors edge.

This main bathroom was created by combining two separate bathrooms into a main bath and a wc. The mirror wall with floating vanity magnify the natural light provided by the glass block wall behind the bathtub. Heated towel racks add a luxe, spa-like feel.
