Dark wood paneling was calling out for some color to enhance and update it’s beauty. The luxurious orange velvet tufted tuxedo style sofa and mix of animal prints on pillows and rugs only make their collection of art more mysterious and intriguing.

Mockingbird Interiors
This fireplace was given a makeover with a new paint colour for the existing brick (it was previously painted), new mosaic tile on the base and a new modern, wood mantel. Electrical outlet was installed behind the TV for a tidy installation of a flat-screen TV with the mess of wires.

Wood burning fireplace replaced with new electric fireplace insert. Kitchen remodel has back of house pantry to hide messy prep work. Engineered quartz backsplash. Stairwell behind kitchen interior wall.

The bookcase is one of three the homeowner had used together on the wall out of camera range. Dividing the 3 pieces and using one in the living area adds interest to the seating space.
