Melinamade - Residential Design + Interiors
A Mid Century modern home built by a student of Eichler. This Eichler inspired home was completely renovated and restored to meet current structural, electrical, and energy efficiency codes as it was in serious disrepair when purchased as well as numerous and various design elements that were inconsistent with the original architectural intent. The Pool and backyard was redesigned to accommodate for wheelchair accessibility.
Outdoor Designs
Woodland views are enjoyed in this hot/cold plunge pool. Connection to the Modern Mid Century Residence was created by connecting the existing stone terrace adjacent to living rooms by a deck that encircles half of the above ground plunge pool. Views of the newly landscaped gardens can be enjoyed too complete with expansive lawns and garden beds and a fire pit area.
Alaglas Swimming Pools
Nothing quite brings a family together like a backyard pool. The summer sun and the clear, cool water is an irresistible combination for friends and family alike. Install an Avanti Pool to create the perfect backdrop to a hot summer party. Stop putting off the best backyard investment you could make, install an Alaglas Fiberglass Pool this summer, and enjoy years and years of fun and relaxation.
Swimming Pool Services
We Removed the Kidney Shaped Pool and built a Rectangle Pool that fit their style but also allowed us to create a more usable patio area in the space. The Built In Hot Tub became part of the main entertaining space.
Tracy A. Stone Architect
The house opens to a series of outdoor entertainment spaces through a series of large sliding glass pocket doors, intimately connecting the interior to the exterior.
