Our delightful clients initially hired us to update their three teenagers bedrooms.
Since then, we have updated their formal dining room, the powder room and we are continuing to update the other areas of their home.
For each of the bedrooms, we curated the design to suit their individual personalities, yet carried consistent elements in each space to keep a cohesive feel throughout.
We have taken this home from dark brown tones to light and bright.

Playful and whimsical, this Cars inspired bedroom is perfect as a playroom.
It has lots of storage and it can fit a bed. Closet is in front of the mural (not shown in the photo), but it has lots of space.

This attic space is transformed into a multi-use kids' recreation and play room that puts the fun in functional! Floating cabinet shelves, a custom media center, built-in bookshelf and large desk workspace are all cleverly integrated to create a versatile area that can grow with the kids.

This boy's nursery is modern with clean lines and a masculine feel. We had to get creative with placing the furniture in this design because the room is triangular in shape. The color palette for this nursery is primarily white and gray. For a bit of contrast we added navy details throughout the room. The client fell in love with a super versatile crib in white with acrylic details. We opted for a custom dresser with a changing table tray to get the perfect fit and color. One of my favorite pieces in this space is the light-colored modern rocking chair, which is compact yet comfortable. We used mixed metallics in this space so the chrome base of the rocker ties in with gold detail on the side table. Even the cozy textured gray rug has metallic details. The storage bench with a surprise pop of color doubles as additional seating. We installed two white shelving units on both sides of the bench for a peaceful, symmetrical look and a display for decor and toys. The major statement penguin photograph was a favorite of my client! It makes for a playful artistic focal point and I love that is versatile enough to grow with the child and space.

From magical unicorns to preening peacocks, there is a wondrous world of art just waiting to enchant your child. Modern abstracts and lively landscapes can also add captivating color and unusual shapes to enhance your baby’s play and learning time.

This project was a new construction bungalow in the Historic Houston Heights. We were brought in late construction phase so while we were able to design some cabinetry we primarily were only able to give input on selections and decoration.

This tiny 50 sq. foot nursery was created with a temporary wall in a rental apartment in NYC, NY. Instead of putting up a simple temporary wall it was designed with open storage and space to tuck away a changing table.
