For the bathroom, we updated the existing layout with finishes to complement the style of the kitchen, with matching dark charcoal custom cabinetry by Sozo Studio and bright white subway tiles for the shower. The bathroom is split into 2 rooms, common of the era's architectural design style. The mosaic Ann Sacks marble flooring became the show stopper of the space by adding a unique yet classic bit of elegance. The Robern mirror and recessed medicine cabinet provides even face lighting and an electrical outlet inside for stored items.

Home makeover on the Hill. An adorable home on the Hill was calling for an updated kitchen and bathroom. Working with the homeowner we redesigned the new spaces to offer functional space for both storage and entertaining. When renovating the existing addition on the back of the home, we noticed the current addition was falling off. We jumped right in and redesigned and delivered a safe new addition to become home to the new bathroom, extending the mudroom for more spacious space and was even able to install a stackable washer drawer cabinet for first floor access. The hardwood flooring was extended into the space so it looks as though it had always been there.

Historic Home in East Nashville gets a classic black and white makeover after the March 2020 tornado. Original door, window casings, and tub were saved. Every additional element was chosen to combine the historic nature of the home and neighborhood with the homeowner's modern style.

Historically regarded as ‘The Purple House,’ a place where musicians have come and gone, we restored this 1910 historical building in East Nashville to become a boutique bed and breakfast. Developed by native Texans, the home is dubbed The Texas Consulate, with a soft spot for Texans. Much of the original structure and details remain, including the wood flooring, trim and casing, architectural niches, fireplaces and tile, brick chimneys, doors and hardware, cast iron tubs, and other special trinkets. We suggested minimal architectural interventions to accommodate the adaptation, in addition to curating hand-selected furniture, fixtures, and objects that celebrate the building’s art deco character. This basement began as a blank canvas, 100% unfinished. Our clients envisioned a transformative space that would include a spacious living area, a cozy bedroom, a full bathroom, and a flexible flex space that could serve as storage, a second bedroom, or an office. To showcase their impressive LEGO collection, a significant section of custom-built display units was a must. Behind the scenes, we oversaw the plumbing rework, installed all-new electrical systems, and expertly concealed the HVAC, water heater, and sump pump while preserving the spaces functionality. We also expertly painted every surface to bring life and vibrancy to the space. Throughout the area, the warm glow of LED recessed lighting enhances the ambiance. We enhanced comfort with upgraded carpet and padding in the living areas, while the bathroom and flex space feature luxurious and durable Luxury Vinyl flooring.
