Die Verlegung des Büros in das Dachgeschoss machte Platz für einen großzügigen Ankleidebereich im Badezimmer: Großzügig viel Stauraum hinter übergroßen Schiebetüren und in zwei Sideboards davor. Das Bad geht direkt in die Ankleide über, lediglich das WC ist in einem separatem Raum untergebracht.

No surface was left untouched in this Lakeview Craftsman home. We've worked with these clients over the past few years on multiple phases of their home renovation. We fully renovated the first and second floor in 2016, the basement was gutted in 2017 and the exterior of the home received a much needed facelift in 2018, complete with siding, a new front porch, rooftop deck and landscaping to pull it all together. This project aims to be the first residence in San Francisco that is completely self-powering and carbon neutral. The architecture has been developed in conjunction with the mechanical systems and landscape design, each influencing the other to arrive at an integrated solution. Working from the historic façade, the design preserves the traditional formal parlors transitioning to an open plan at the central stairwell which defines the distinction between eras. The new floor plates act as passive solar collectors and radiant tubing redistributes collected warmth to the original, North facing portions of the house. Careful consideration has been given to the envelope design in order to reduce the overall space conditioning needs, retrofitting the old and maximizing insulation in the new. This project consisted of the remodeling of this master bathroom. We included a double sink to keep separate areas for each one of my clients and base the design on a coastal modern style. As an accent of the room, we incorporate arched mirrors matched with a marble suspended counter.

A beautiful powder room with dramatic blue wall paint. The powder room is located across from the wine cellar. The design represents the art deco period with repeated gold and white tones.

An inner atrium unites the spacious master suite with a creative workspace. In the master bathroom a freestanding eggshell tub and marble and glass enclosed shower offer a spa-like experience.

Nos clients souhaitaient revoir l’aménagement de l’étage de leur maison en plein cœur de Lille. Les volumes étaient mal distribués et il y avait peu de rangement. Le premier défi était d’intégrer l’espace dressing dans la chambre sans perdre trop d’espace. Une tête de lit avec verrière intégrée a donc été installée, ce qui permet de délimiter les différents espaces. La peinture Tuscan Red de Little Green apporte le dynamisme qu’il manquait à cette chambre d’époque. Ensuite, le bureau a été réduit pour agrandir la salle de bain maintenant assez grande pour toute la famille. Baignoire îlot, douche et double vasque, on a vu les choses en grand. Les accents noir mat et de bois apportent à la fois une touche chaleureuse et ultra tendance. Nous avons choisi des matériaux de qualité pour un rendu impeccable.
