A once small, cramped space has been turned into an elegant, spacious bathroom. We relocated most of the plumbing in order to rearrange the entire layout for a better-suited design. For additional space, which was important, we added in a large espresso-colored vanity and medicine cabinet. Light natural stone finishes and a light blue accent wall add a sophisticated contrast to the rich wood furnishings and are further complemented by the gorgeous freestanding pedestal bathtub and feminine shower curtains. This outdated and deteriorating master bathroom needed a modern update after sustaining a leak. We had worked with them in the past on their kitchen and they knew the design and remodeling level of excellence we brought to the table, so they hired us to design a modern master-suite. We removed a garden tub, allowing for a walk-in shower, complete with a heated towel rack and drying area. We were able to incorporate showcasing of their orchids in the design with an orchid shelf on the exterior of the shower, as well as searching high and low to provide vessel bowl sinks that had a unique shape and utilizing contemporary lights. The end result is a spa-like master suite, that was beyond what they had hoped for and has them loving where they live. Discussions have begun for their next project.

Master bathroom with blue vanity and brushed bronze hardware and accessories

This Clairemont, San Diego home was once a small, cramped floorplan on a lot with huge potential. Situated on a canyon with gorgeous Mission Bay views, our team took this home down to the studs and built up. Designed to be an open concept ideal for indoor and outdoor entertaining, it was important to this client to maximize space and create a welcoming flow to the home. The large living room is situated toward the back of the home and a large La Cantina door system opens up the rear wall bringing the outdoors in. Outside transformed into the ultimate entertaining space with an outdoor kitchen, pool, and large deck to take advantage of the stunning sunsets year-round. The kitchen is functional and fun, featuring a pop of color with the teal kitchen island and plenty of counter space to gather. The first level master bathroom was updated to a bright and modern aesthetic with a huge walk-in shower that featured a custom-designed bench, matte black framing and fixtures, and subtle grey cabinets. Upstairs, bathrooms were done in white and marble, with a large walk-in closet in the second master suite.
