Previous bath goes from 70s dingy and drab, to clean and sleek modern spa. Bringing in natural elements, bright wood tones, and muted whites and greys, this new bath creates an inviting hotel like environment.

We started by removing the wall that separated the two sinks and repositioning the toilet next to the wall, which opened up the space. The existing shower/tub was also removed and replaced with a walk-in shower designed in 12×24 Mayfair Stella Argento glazed porcelain tile, with a niche finished in a white hex mosaic tile. A stunning ensemble of custom cabinets, adorned in the elegant hue of Evergreen Fog, graced the space, complemented by a pristine cultured marble countertop. Among the standout features was a towering linen cabinet, offering ample storage solutions to address the homeowners’ needs. The final touches were carefully curated to enhance the overall aesthetic, including a stylish rolling-style shower door, elegantly framed mirrors, and chic vanity lighting. Brushed nickel fixtures added a touch of sophistication to the space. The crowning jewel was the MSI White Ocean Floating Luxury Vinyl Tile floor, which not only exuded a sleek appearance but also offered effortless maintenance for long-lasting beauty.

Moved in and wow...alot of oak. Transformed to a modern, fresh look that was clean, sinply yet stunning.

This remodel called for increased storage and updated finishes while maintaining the room's dual functionality as a bathroom and laundry room. By stacking the washer and dryer and relocating the vanity, this remodel opened up a lot of space. With the new layout, we were able to add more storage with dark espresso cabinets, and a folding center next to a stainless steel utility sink. An industrial style drying rack was mounted on the ceiling above the new vanity to add even more practical functionality to the space.

This basement began as a blank canvas, 100% unfinished. To showcase their impressive LEGO collection, a significant section of custom-built display units was a must. Behind the scenes, we oversaw the plumbing rework, installed all-new electrical systems, and expertly concealed the HVAC, water heater, and sump pump while preserving the spaces functionality. We also expertly painted every surface to bring life and vibrancy to the space. Throughout the area, the warm glow of LED recessed lighting enhances the ambiance. We enhanced comfort with upgraded carpet and padding in the living areas, while the bathroom and flex space feature luxurious and durable Luxury Vinyl flooring.
