For the fourth baby in the family, this nursery was a collection of new and old. The precious Serena and Lily wallpaper sets the tone for modern whimsy. A colorful Caitlyn Wilson rug and comfortable chair amp up the warmth and welcome hours of play and rest. Design by Two Hands Interiors.

This project is about a Grandmother that wanted to have a nursery at her house for her 2 grandkids, a Girl, 1 year old and a boy on the way, ; I suggested a Forest/Baby animals Theme so, they can enjoy the room till they are much older.

In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the baby sleeps tonight... At the time of creating this nursery, its occupant hadn't been born yet. It's easy to see why we were wild about this wallpaper. Undertones of blue, green and taupe, combined with a soft, light grey on the walls provide for a calm and restful environment. Navy blue accents help to lift the scheme whilst mummy & baby giraffe keep guard.

I would like a cheerful room for my baby and chose bright mustard yellow as the main colour. In the meantime, as I learned baby only can tell black & white colour for a while, I chose black wallpaper for the rest two walls. I am worried it's too bold, but after putting them all on, I am pretty happy with the result. And of course, yellow and black normally go well together.
The cot and Change table is Babyletto Lolly brand. Package price $1500;
The single bed is passed down from a friend. I bought the draw knobs from Etsy;
Animal Heads Deco bought on RoyalDesign. $80 each;
Clock, paintings and other small deco all bought from Taobao.
As an amateur, I am pretty happy with the end result, and I believe the same with my baby. Hope you like it too :)

Leopold's parents wanted to create a bright jungle inspired space for him to sleep and play. We painted the lower half of the room green complete with mountain peaks, the upper half off white creating an illusion of a higher ceiling and a neutral backdrop to a bold jungle mural. As well as specifying furniture and accessories to work with items already owned by the client, I also created a space plan that can be adapted easily as Leopold grows!
