Le Gourmet Kitchen Ltd.
This transitional kitchen design in Yorba Linda has a timeless quality that proves great design never goes out of style. The warm, light wood finish Woodmode and Brookhaven custom maple cabinetry with stainless steel appliances and sleek accessories creates the ideal combination of traditional and modern features. The L-shaped kitchen includes raised panel perimeter and island cabinetry, packed with plenty of storage, including a customized cat and dog bowl station that tucks away when not in use. A Cheng concrete countertop and custom backsplash design add color and texture, along with the Le Gourmet custom plaster hood and a black Franke farmhouse sink with a Grohe faucet. The stainless appliances include a Wolf double oven and range and a Sub-Zero glass front refrigerator. Photos by Greg Seltzer

Mike Kaskel Retirement home designed for extended family! I loved this couple! They decided to build their retirement dream home before retirement so that they could enjoy entertaining their grown children and their newly started families. A bar area with 2 beer taps, space for air hockey, a large balcony, a first floor kitchen with a large island opening to a fabulous pool and the ocean are just a few things designed with the kids in mind. The color palette is casual beach with pops of aqua and turquoise that add to the relaxed feel of the home.

Custom open kitchen. My clients entertain a great deal and needed a kitchen that was a main feature in the apartment.
It is a very eclectic use of materials and periods; glass back splash tile, water fall counters, recessed flat paneled cabinets and vintage french hand blown glass with mesh and mercury pendants.

This Victorian old house from the beginning of the previous century had to keep its exterior look, but the interior went through a dramatic change and brought it into our era. The first floor of the house was completely transformed into a huge open space, which by doing that already gave it a modern feeling around. The use of modern laminate door style in different colors had emphasized the contemporary style that was brought in with so much elegancy together with the light wood floors and light counter tops. The island was given a sculpture look to create a nice focal point for the kitchen where the cooking preparation is mostly taking place at.
Door Style Finish: Alno Look, laminate door style, in the graphite, yellow and magnolia white colors finish.
