English Home Improvements gutted and totally remodeled this once out-dated Nashville bathroom.

Complete transformation of kitchen, Living room, Master Suite (Bathroom, Walk in closet & bedroom with walk out) Laundry nook, and 2 cozy rooms! With a collaborative approach we were able to remove the main bearing wall separating the kitchen from the magnificent views afforded by the main living space. Using extremely heavy steel beams we kept the ceiling height at full capacity and without the need for unsightly drops in the smooth ceiling. This modern kitchen is both functional and serves as sculpture in a house filled with fine art. Such an amazing home!

The angled towel storage reflects the snow-dappled mountain facing this home. The children delight in placing tchotchkes in the cubbyholes. The onyx lav rests on the alder counter. The double-vanity is modern in aesthetic with finger pull drawers that remove the need for additional adornment. The large scale mirror reflects the beautiful wall of windows, allowing the user to always be connected to this beautiful feature. The adjacent shower with large glass panels and door continues the expansive and open feel of the space. The chrome finishes and fixtures in the shower picks up on the reflective quality of the other fixtures throughout as well as the large vanity mirror.

The owners of this 1958 mid-century modern home desired a refreshing new master bathroom that was open and bright. The previous bathroom felt dark and cramped, with dated fixtures. A new bathroom was designed, borrowing much needed space from the neighboring garage, and allowing for a larger shower, a generous vanity with integrated trough sink and a soaking tub.
