These homeowners wanted to freshen up their master bath and at the same time, improve it's overall function and retain/accentuate it's vintage qualities. There was nothing wrong with the hex tile floor, toilet, or vintage tub. The toilet was repurposed, the floor was cleaned up, and the tub refinished. Cabinetry and vintage trim was added in critical locations along with a new, taller one-sink vanity. The bathrooms in this Montecito, home were in need of a modern style update. Our clients wanted the design to be refined at the same time, we wanted to maintain a rustic, mountainous feel to pay homage to the beautiful surroundings of this mountain home. Our clients wanted a statement-making powder room so we used a gorgeous, copper vessel sink and installed wood shiplap on the walls. The bathrooms for the kids and the guest bathrooms were given a clean, neutral palette contrasted with oil-rubbed bronze hardware. --- Project designed by Montecito interior designer Margarita Bravo. Our Cedar Creek plan with a guest bath featuring subway tile on the tub & shower walls, shaker cabinets, quartz tops, and Moen faucet.

The double-vanity is modern in aesthetic with finger pull drawers that remove the need for additional adornment. The large scale mirror reflects the beautiful wall of windows, allowing the user to always be connected to this beautiful feature. The adjacent shower with large glass panels and door continues the expansive and open feel of the space. The chrome finishes and fixtures in the shower picks up on the reflective quality of the other fixtures throughout as well as the large vanity mirror.

Liadesign

Our client wanted a masculine feel to this bathroom she was renovating for her teenage son. The light grey 12 x 24 polished tile on the floors and shower wall give a clean simple look to this bathroom. We then added a medium grey vanity and a grey and white Quartz countertop. The matte black faucet, mirror and handles finish off this masculine look.
