The turf was supplied and by DFW Putting Greens, and installed by Ron Hambrick. The angle of the cups, as well as the stint of the grass, which would determine the speed of the ball, were installed to the clients specifications.
Pro Dunk Hoops
Avi shares several pictures of his kids and their Pro Dunk Diamond Basketball in their residential backyard in Jamaica, New York. If they will win the prize, they don't want a refund. They will just accept another pair of the same hoop and donate it to a school near their house that don't have a basketball hoop. The dimensions of the playing area are 60' x 60'. This is a Pro Dunk Diamond Basketball System that was purchased in May of 2012. It was installed on a 60 ft wide by a 60 ft deep playing area in Jamaica, NY. Eisler Landscapes
Small garden seating area with three bubbling urns. Bluestone paving fades into the lawn, and large evergreen trees provide privacy.
Advanced Grass
The natural grass seen on golf and putting greens might make people green with envy, since it’s so close cropped yet lush. But grass on putting greens needs an amazing amount of work to keep it healthy and manicured. Our golf and putting greens don’t.

The homeowner, a Southern Methodist University alum, wanted a space where he could play basketball with his sons (while subtly hinting at where he wants them to go to college!).
Arbordale Landscaping
This is the front knot garden or circle garden. The four specimen trees are Bradford Pear trees. Two sections are filled with Periwinkle groundcover and the other three sections were left open for annual planting to add colour. Again we see the salt and pepper Granite cobblestone and a small lawn strip around the circle for ease of getting in an out of your car.

Carmel Malone Landscape Design
this large block next to the residence was an unused space. The bike track begins at the rear of the main garden, crosses the seasonal creek to the multi use play area where the bikes can be parked. Grab a drink from the water bubbler after shooting some hoops or climbing on the equipment. Grab you bike and continue on the loop to the flying fox, over another bridge around a tight bend to the fire pit nestled half way down the embankment. The bike track forms a continuous loop with places to explore throughout the journey. Large boulders through the creek provide pedestrian access directly from the firepit to the play ground.
The planting plan takes you through different zones of indigenous planting adding to the diversity of the area.
