My House Design/Build Team | www.myhousedesignbuild.com | 604-694-6873 | Martin Knowles Photography ----- A Garden Party theme was created for the daughter, including crystal chandeliers, and a picket fence headboard wall and loft guard-rail. We topped it all off with a custom painted wall mural and light up flowers to accessorize. And, of course… pink!

Adding some color into your home, is always fun. This lighting helps set the mood for a long relaxing hot bath. For all those long, exhausting days, something like this is just hat you need.

Sutter Photography New large awning window was installed to increase daylight and to allow homeowner ease of opening it. Metallic floor tiles light up from exterior lighting at night. This helps the owner see better at night. The colorful pink paint provides a bright contrast for the homeowner since it gives a sense of height. Grab bars at the toilet help with accessibility. The wall-hung sink and hands free faucet/ and soap dispenser all improve the homeowners use of space and independence.

A modern tile was used in the shower and on the floor to provide a continuous flow. Lanmark was used as the shower pan in this bathroom as it has no grout lines and is easy to maintain. Hansgrohe shower fixtures and faucets were installed in brushed nickel. Photos by Holly Needham - Designer

This project start with an existing bathroom with full surround mirrors, including the ceiling. Out with the old and in with the new. Simple, sleek, and refreshed.
