Custom built for a loyal customer of ours (and UCLA alumni), this bathroom addition now allows for aging-in-place. Eliminating a tiny bathroom inside one of the bedrooms and re-creating it in an unused Study, they were able to gain much more space and include a curbless shower for smooth entry. Design was kept classic and simple – with a punch of color!

This is a full house remodel in one of the most exciting and established Denver neighborhoods. I wanted to bring an open feel yet functional and traditional look within a limited area to work with. The before and after pictures are incredible. The house was on the market for less than a week! Project designed by Denver, Colorado interior designer Margarita Bravo. Pink can really pack a punch and isn’t for everyone, but this bright color , Cyclamen, by Sherwin Williams was the perfect compliment for the owners eclectic, art collection. The space was previously a full bath, but was minimized in order to volunteer space for the primary bath -(see Elegant Bathroom Makeover). A freestanding sink vanity was used to provide more visual space. Gold fixtures add to the bling that the owner was looking for.

Painting a room a bright and bold paint color can be daunting. But, it doesn't have to be! A bathroom with white quartz countertops, white cabinets and white (marble inspired) hexagon floor tile, made for the perfect opportunity to inject color... and why not hot pink!

The overall design was done by Sarah Vaile Interior Design. My contribution to this was the stone specification and architectural details for the intricate inverted chevron tile format.
