Mon Concept Habitation
Les particularités du projet : l’ensemble des parquets ont été poncés et peints de la même couleur que les murs et le plafond pour un effet « all over » incroyable, sans oublier les néons LED dimmable qui permettent de varier les couleurs et l’intensité des lumières.

Large graphic wall covering adds a bold statement to the powder room. The colors reflect the theme in the house. The large window was covered with a custom Roman shade and trimmed with a border the same color as the ceiling. The trim was painted a semi-gloss black to highlight the original architectural mill work in the space..

This Los Altos powder room was transformed from heavy, bulky, and crowded, to spacious with size-appropriate pieces. An overhead scalloped light, and sconces illuminate the unique greige wood wallpaper, and polished nickel fixtures sparkle! Custom grilles cover the exhaust fan and wall register.

Dreams come true in this Gorgeous Transitional Mountain Home located in the desirable gated-community of The RAMBLE. Luxurious Calcutta Gold Marble Kitchen Island, Perimeter Countertops and Backsplash create a Sleek, Modern Look while the 21′ Floor-to-Ceiling Stone Fireplace evokes feelings of Rustic Elegance. Pocket Doors can be tucked away, opening up to the covered Screened-In Patio creating an extra large space for sacred time with friends and family. The Eze Breeze Window System slide down easily allowing a cool breeze to flow in with sounds of birds chirping and the leaves rustling in the trees. Curl up on the couch in front of the real wood burning fireplace while marinated grilled steaks are turned over on the outdoor stainless-steel grill. The Marble Master Bath offers rejuvenation with a free-standing jetted bath tub and extra large shower complete with double sinks.

Carter Fox Design Build
Carter Fox Renovations was hired to do a complete renovation of this semi-detached home in the Gerrard-Coxwell neighbourhood of Toronto. The main floor was completely gutted and transformed - most of the interior walls and ceilings were removed, a large sliding door installed across the back, and a small powder room added. All the electrical and plumbing was updated and new herringbone hardwood installed throughout.
Upstairs, the bathroom was expanded by taking space from the adjoining bedroom. We added a second floor laundry and new hardwood throughout. The walls and ceiling were plaster repaired and painted, avoiding the time, expense and excessive creation of landfill involved in a total demolition.
The clients had a very clear picture of what they wanted, and the finished space is very liveable and beautifully showcases their style.
